Sutter’s Trail | Moving Past Framing

As the construction process on Sutter’s Lane moves past framing, the finish details begin to take shape.   The exterior materials include a mixture of metal, natural stone, and gray’s washed cedar.  The roofing will be a combo of timberline slate roof shingles and standing seam metal.  Solid alder oak door’s and black obsidian Weathershield casement windows tie all the materials together.  Residences come standard with the Alpine Contemporary design interior palette.  Early buyers have the opportunity to upgrade into the Mountain Classic design or do a full custom interior design. The interior finishes include solid alder wood doors, Baldwin 5162 estate lever hardware, rustic oak wide plank flooring (9 ½ inches wide), 6” solid wood baseboards, plush carpet in all bedrooms, and an 8’ x 9’ contemporary bi-fold door opening the living room to the patio deck.
